Bürkert type 2012 2/2-way globe valve is a pneumatically actuated on/off valve. The CLASSIC pneumatically operated piston actuator is available in PA, or PPS for higher ambient temperatures. The valve body has been optimized for excellent flow properties and is equipped with a self-adjusting packing gland for added tightness and long-term reliability. These valves are suitable for high viscosity media of up to 600 mm2/s. This valve can be controlled through the use of a pilot valve or through central automation with a valve island. The valve can be fitted with accessories like electrical position feedback, manual override or stroke limitation.
